Are you a member of a church in transition? Are you a church leader or minister who is in need of some support to lead your congregation in growth? This retreat will explore alternatives, especially for small churches in transition. Eric Quinney-Burnard has experience in serving multiple congregations going through transitions at the same time. This makes experienced and trained Intentional Ministry skills available to small churches who otherwise could not afford a full-time trained Interim Minister.
Working with a select team, the Interim Minister leads group sessions and guides activities to move the congregation into a better place and more honest assessment of their strengths and needs before seeking a new pastor. Attendees will leave with practical responses to challenges our local congregations face today.
